The FSP Group brought with it at CeBIT 2011 a multitude of highly-efficient power supplies, including one with an 80Plus Platinum certification, and an 80Plus Gold model part of the Aurum series which, although delivering 500W constantly, it lacks active cooling, it has no fan. In addition, this BP corresponds to modern standards ATX 12V v2.3 and EPS 12V v2.92, but it includes only one bus +12 V.
Unfortunately, there has been no word of any kind on the price of this newcomer, so it is unclear just how many consumers will afford to get it.
